The set consists of:

Cleaning brush for heat exchanger passes:
This nylon brush with a flexible handle is ideal for cleaning the heat exchanger passes with the cleaning springs attached to pellet boilers.
The brush head can be unscrewed and replaced if necessary.
Dimensions: round brush head: 16cm x 4cm, total length with handle: approx. 94cm

Cleaning brush:
Thanks to the angled brush head and the total length of 43cm, this 2" cleaning brush is an ideal support for the maintenance and cleaning of pellet stoves, pellet boilers and fireplace stoves.

Burner cleaner spray:
Special cleaner for removing grease, oil, soot, wax, resin and the most stubborn dirt on burner parts of all kinds.
Ideal for maintenance and therefore to reduce energy costs.

Chain and rope spray:
Transparent high-performance adhesive lubricant for the maintenance of highly stressed chain and rope constructions.
Ideal for chains and shafts on the pellet boiler.
Regular maintenance and refreshing of the lubricating film with chain and rope spay reduces wear and friction and increases service life.

Instructions for use

Burner cleaner spray:

  • Shake can vigorously before use.
  • Hold the spray head in the direction of the arrow, vertically at a distance of approx. 25-30cm from the component.
  • Spray the dirty component vigorously and leave to take effect, if necessary wipe off with a cloth. Let the solvent evaporate.
  • Repeat if heavily soiled.
  • Protect plastic and painted surfaces.

Areas of application:

  • Removes grease, oil, soot, wax, resin and the most stubborn dirt from all metal surfaces.
  • Evaporates without leaving any residue.
  • Simultaneously acts as a protection against corrosion.
  • Prevents formation of new documents.
  • For residue-free cleaning of heavily soiled burner parts such as baffle plates, burner nozzles, nozzle assemblies, fan and air wheels, ignition electrodes and inner housing.
  • Not suitable for painted surfaces, plastics and seals.
  • Silicone free.

Chain and rope spray:

  • Shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes before use.
  • Hold the spray head in the direction of the arrow, vertically at a distance of approx. 25-30cm from the component.
  • The strength of the lubricating film can be regulated by the duration of the spraying.
  • Repeat if heavily soiled.
  • Protect plastic and painted surfaces.

Areas of application:

  • Due to extremely high creeping ability, optimal penetration into chain bearings in the first second of spraying.
  • Excellent adhesive properties prevent rubbing.
  • Resistant to moisture and aggressive vapours.
  • Does not attract dust or dirt.
  • Noise reducing.
