Device types
Pellet stoves
The designation can be found on the type plate (back, inside of the pellet container, inside of the combustion chamber door or at the bottom right behind the ventilation grille).
You will also find a reference to your stove type on your invoice. The designation can be appended with:
"air+" or no attachment ➔ air device
"water+" or "WW" ➔ water-carrying devices (boiler devices)
Fireplace stoves
You can find the designation on the rating plate on the back of the stove or in the wood storage compartment on the left-hand side.
You will also find a reference to your stove type on your invoice.
Pellet boilers
The designation can be found on the type plate (rear, side or under the cover of the control panel).
You will also find a reference to your boiler type on your invoice.
