Shipping policy

Latest information on EU international shipping:

Due to the new EU Packaging Ordinance (thanks, EU!), we can currently only offer deliveries within Germany and to Austria.

If you wish to order from other EU countries, you can use external parcel forwarding services such as ShipGerman or ColisExpat.

Should the legal framework change and we are able to offer shipping to other countries again, we will reactivate the corresponding ordering and shipping options.

 

Customers from Switzerland please use the service of e.g. MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a fee. To do this, register with this provider before placing an order. You will receive your goods quickly, fully cleared and cheaply.

We only ship insured to the following countries.
Delivery up to 31.50kg is usually carried out by DHL, from 31.51kg we ship “free curbside” via a freight company.
A few items require individual shipping, this is stated in the respective item description.
No minimum order value.

New devices are only shipped within Germany and by a freight forwarder and are free of charge.
