Smoke baffle / Deflection plate -series 1 to 3-

Vermiculite smoke baffle that insulates the combustion chamber and helps direct flue gases and heat to the rear and toward the chimney.
By directing the smoke and heat in a specific direction, the heat in the stove is used more effectively, creating a better, cleaner burn.

The smoke baffle plate is replaced if cracks larger than 5mm in diameter appear or the plate is worn to half its thickness.
