Overvoltage protection adapter

Protect your motherboard from overvoltage!

The overvoltage protection adapter prevents end devices (SPD type 3) connected to the socket from being damaged by voltage peaks in the 230V network.
Voltage spikes can be caused by indirect lightning or by switching inductive loads such as ventilation systems, motors, ovens or lamps.
In order for the device to function correctly, it must be connected to a socket with a properly installed protective conductor.
If the green light on the adapter is lit, overvoltage protection is active. If the green signal lamp on the adapter no longer lights up, protection is no longer guaranteed and the adapter must be replaced.
