Safety temperature limiter (STB) boiler or burner

If there is excess temperature in the boiler (e.g. if the pump fails), the safety temperature limiter is triggered and interrupts the pellet supply. Only after the boiler has cooled down can the STB be unlocked mechanically (manually).

There are three variants to choose from:

• STB for the boiler
  
• STB on the burner
• STB on the burner as a retrofit kit (incl. instructions)

The STB for the boiler is installed as standard as it is required by law.
The STB can be retrofitted to the burner (stoker auger) as an additional safety measure against burn-back.
